To catch you up in the series, here’s what is going on. Harris thinks there is something weird going on. He reads all these comics about how aliens do stuff like balancing on one finger. He sees his new friend Zeke doing crazy things, just like the aliens in the comic books! Zeke even eats weird food at lunch. Harris thinks something is going on with Zeke… maybe he is an alien! But no one believes Harris. He is on a mission to prove that Zeke is an alien, and not a regular kid.
In book 4, Trick or Cheat? Harris and his friends want to win the costume contest at school. Harris teams up with Zeke, much to Roxy’s disappointment (because Harris and Roxy usually make their costumes together.) But then, Jeremy is also entering the contest, and he’s being really mean; making fun of everyone’s costumes, he even tries to sabotage other kids’ costumes so he will win.
